Its wierd. A few days back, i remember reading thru my sister's blog and she was writing about some sudden craving for Mac-and their soggy skinny fries sprinkled(more like bombarded) with salt. Today, its my turn...to bring up Mac.
Mac is cool. Apart from hamburgers and fries, Mac has some pretty stuff-like the Apple, or I-pods, Mac Laptops, G-desktops (yeah i know its lame but life goes on huh =P). However, somehow, Microsoft has build such a reputation for ''user friendliness'' and thats what wins people over. It's kinda like how nokia phones have the some of the weakest functions available in mobile phones. Yet they still sell better than the superior Sony-Ericsson phones. But for the sake of Nokia fanboys and girls, i'll just cut the story short and move on with MICROSOFT-not the words used to describe Bill Gate's family jewels, but the higly irritating Operation System which we have to patch like every 9 days.
So yeah, I decided to format my laptop for once to clear up all those hidden viruses (and hidden files....if they ever were there in the first place). After going thru like hours of picking which files will survive the wraith, i was finally able to format! And Geeeeee more wait! OK lah i mean 39 min isnt a long time especially when you go afk to print notes or read ur stuff for tmrs tute.

About 30 min later, i look up from my books and i see this....
WHATS GOING ON!?!!11!~ WHATT??!...ITS STUCK AT 3 MIN!!!UURGH. Cant believe it died on me =( *sigh*. SO HOW? reformat again lor...back to square 1 and that 39 min.*sigh*. I've thought i've gotten to a point where i thought i dont use swear words such as F***!!!!#%#$^. Unfortuantely, on days like these, if i had to say a word every 10 seconds, there would have been no other.
Got the lappie fixed in the end thou. *BIG SIGH* (of relief)

Yarhbalz, 2 more days to the CFP paper man. I get this off my back and my load is so greatly lightened. Basically just headed off the Reid Library today and got some study going on. Reid is really a cool play to study. Got to make it more of a habbit to go there. Can sit ur ass down for one whole day, oblivious to the world around u, camp there and finish what must be done. Need a break? No prob! Just head down to the cafe below and get some fresh air outside. If ur lucky u might be able to catch a duck while ur at it!

This is crazy...So im still at reid sipping my mocha frap, talking about army day's with freddy, and taking photos of...ducks...and all of a sudden, UCHIHA ITACHI walks past the lawn. Gotta love PROSH i say. Its pretty much the aussie version of halloween but without the candy and pumpkins. So dont be shocked if u walk down to the Uni and see someone dressed in a kinky nurse uniform, pretending to be Krystal Steal.
Anyway, back to Mr. Itachi.......I had to get up close and steal some close up shots- kinda how paparazzi do theirs of Paris Hilton's ass. Enjoy.

For u noobs who dont know who UCHIHA ITACHI is, get out of that rusty hermit shell of urs and start watching Naruto for gods sake. Itachi is shown in figure 1.1 below. While he undoubtedly looks like Kyo Kusagani from King of the Fighters series and prolly is just as wickid, they are different. So dont mistake one for the other.

Yeah...more exams...2 down 2 to go. DMP paper was a killer. More study, more noodles, more late nights with RoofleZ watching on. Bleh, mind is blank. Somehow im having trouble thinking straight. Sat was when we went for our UWA guild/ Hongkong club 3v3 basketball tourney. For u basketball noobs. The objective of the game is to throw the ball into the hoop when ur on offence and prevent opponents from doing so when ur defending. Got it?! GOOD.
Well, from our group of basketball mates who usually play at the Trinity Court every day, we formed 2 teams to go (and try-thou we failed pretty miserably) and participate in the tourney.
We may have crashed out of the tourney in the qualifying rounds but we still had a great time. After all, there always is next year.
Gonna have to appologize for the very very random pics i took during the basketball tourney. Its all i got =P

Did some fooling around with photoshop today and i came up with my new msn display pic. Probably going to be using this as a stepping stone for making some (lets hope) decent wallpaper. Just took a random Neji pic and put it onto the yin-yang design which sometimes we see in the anime. Prolly nothing fantastic, but im working on improving my photoshop skills =).

We had out inter wing soccer on Saturday. Awesome blossom weather and funky monkey goals made this day one to remember. This is one of the main events of this semester and i feel it really is one of the best. Usually when we stay in our dorms, we have neighbours and stuff (duh), but the thing is, we dont always interact with them especially if we stay on different floors. Most of the time we just see one another and give a warm "hi". Events like these are ones which really break the ice. It is the time when everyone in the wings get together, enjoys each other's company and have fun together. I guess its all this team spirit which makes me really love team sports.
Well, for all you soccer noobs, the objective of this game is to kick the ball into ur opponent's net. But the rules in this tourney is that we had to have 2 girls and 4 guys in the starting lineup. So its like a mixed competition. OK? OK! So lets move on. Trinity has a quite a number of wings; Flats, Argyll, Iona, Cook, South, Derry, Hull and, last but not least, Durrow the best wing of them all (though im contemplating moving to cook for the senior suite rooms =P).
Durrow did a pretty good job in the tourny. We qualified top of our group and advanced to semis where we faced Flats. We conceeded a goal to an early penalty because the ball came off the ground into the hands of a girl who was using them to protect her face (OHHH COME ON REF....BALL TO HAND OK??? BALL TO HAND). We fought back really hard and pulled a last min equalizer to put the game into extra time. Eventually we lost on penalty kicks =(
It was great fun though. Pete and I are looking foward for the basketball tourney so we can get our revenge!!!! RED THE COLOUR OF REVENGEEEEEEEE. right. whatever.

Same ol' stuff, different day. School goes on as usual but the only difference is the exam dates written on my calander seem to get closer and closer. Recently been drawing some garbage on msn handwrite (its like a paint/drawing programme for msn for those who are not tech savvy) and well just decided to post some random stuff i drew =). I know im not a crazy artist but its fun!

Winter is approaching fast and the past week was really shitty. With rainy and cold nights for almost an entire week, one cannot help but to notice that autum is at its end....or almost. Soon, mid sem exams and winter will set in so it really is important to spend some time at the beaches while we still can.
Weather was lovely today. Light breeze, clear sky mild sun. Of course the company of Chris and Ally was lovely too. Such a pitty we reached the beach a lil late. Still it was a smash. I'll just leave u with 2 random shots i took cauz i seriously couldnt wait to get down into the water. L8rs all.

I may not be in Singapore but gossip always spreads fast. Recently, I read about some NUS eng. guy propose to a girl with a powerpoint presentation in front of an entire lecutre theatre. Heck i even have the damn video on it. God, that guy must have balls of steel. I mean that is some hella nerve he had! RESPECT!~
So a few days later, I find myself redirected from one of my friend's blog site into the GIRL'S blog. Boy was she pissed and full of hatred. So I dont know...i've been thinking about it abit. Really dont know what to make out of the situation.
Girls are complicated, that i know. But if a guy, one whom u have never seen in your life, gave u a bunch of flowers would u throw it into the trash seconds later?
Or like the NUS girl who was proposed(no as in marriage...as in u know...bf gf get together kinda way) to in the lecutre, hate the person for eternity just because he "embarassed" her by proposing in such a daring manner?
I totally feel sorry for the guy. Love is blind. Thou she may be a cold heart bitch and no matter how much friends can persuade us not to go ahead with the bitch, we still do.
Dont get this post wrong. Im not being sexist right now. Im not saying all girls are cold, arrogant and naive. Im just saying, it really sux to be a guy. Especially one who has endured endless days of that butterfly-in-stomach feeling. Going thru all that and being shot down.... it just totally doesnt cut it. Kinda like being an innocent Iraqi civilian coming home from the supermarket and getting shot down by a US stormtrooper. It just aint fair!!!
Love is blind yo. Lets just hope what goes around, comes around and one day that bitch (and the people alike) will get a taste of her (their own)medicine. Stay tuned and watch how that crackerous civialian killer gets owned by the iraqi ak-47s some point in his life. Im out. This shit is just making me sick. =(
